We are a young company with a bright future, thanks to the vision of Mr. Rafael E. Cedeño Camacho and the support of our parent company, One Alliance Insurance Group.
One Alliance was founded in 2014 and received its license to operate in Puerto Rico that same year. We began offering our first insurance policy in December of that year.
Since then, we have grown to become one of the leading providers of property and casualty insurance in Puerto Rico. We are proud to work exclusively through independent producers and offer state-of-the-art technology and services to our clients. We also have an affiliated insurance agency, Singular Insurance Agency, which was created to manage the needs of independent agents and help attract producers to our company.
Our leadership team has more than 100 years of combined insurance experience, providing us with a strong knowledge base and allowing us to be agile and adaptable to changing market needs. We are proud of our accomplishments, including our ranking by AM Best since our first year of operation.

One Alliance Insurance Group is an insurance and financial services company in the Americas founded in 2013 by a group of Venezuelan investors and executives with extensive experience in investment banking and insurance. The company's vision was to create an innovative international insurance group while respecting traditional industry values and utilizing the latest technologies.
One Alliance Insurance Group has operations in several countries, One Alliance Seguros in the Dominican Republic, Atrio Insurance in the United States, One Alliance Travel Assist, One Alliance Insurance Corp. and Singular Insurance Agency in Puerto Rico. It recently launched Axeso Finance to offer financing solutions to customers in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and will soon expand to other markets.
